Personality development programme would certainly help the students to enhance their confidence, impressive looks, proficient communication skills, presentation skills and self management. Eminent and successful professionals, trainers, consultants will also be visiting the institute to address the students for personality development, so that they can also become successful professionals.

All the pass out students of I N J Business School will form Alumni Association. This Association will work as the link between the Institute and the students who will pass out from the Institute and those studying at the Institute. Membership will be compulsory for all the pass out students and they will register as member of the alumni association before the students leave the Institute after completion of their programme.
